Joshua & Caleb - Boldness in Leadership
Joshua and Caleb were definitely recognized as leaders within the 12 tribes of Israel. Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt, through the desert, and to the promise land. When they reached the promised land, 12 spies who were the leaders of the 12 tribes of Israel went in to scope out the land. Only 2 out of the 12 believed the promises of God. Those two were Joshua and Caleb. They boldly declared to leadership and then the entire gathering of Israelites, that God would deliver the land to them and keep His promise. The other 10 leaders could not overcome their fear of man.

Connecting with Jesus in the Midst of Suffering
Have you ever thought that nobody understands what you are going through? That nobody could understand the pain you are in?
The prophet Isaiah writes of Jesus' journey through life here on earth in Isaiah 53. He talks about the emotional pain that Jesus felt in a very real way in His walk. He can relate to you because He has lived it, and He chose to live it so that He can have a deep, meaningful relationship with His followers.
