Go therefore and make disciples of all nations
Matthew 28:19
Long before Jesus gave his disciples this challenge, he walked alongside them as their Rabbi. Jesus taught them scripture and how to live it out. Today we get to learn from Jesus through the Bible and have many resources to assist us in our journey. Our founder remembers the first time he walked into a room filled with men for a Bible Study. He tells the story of almost not going and being overwhelmed with worry. He was convinced that when someone would say "turn to 3 Hesitations 4:11", that he would be the only one not knowing where to turn, let alone that there is not a book named Hesitations in the Bible. Needless to say, his experience turned out awesome, and we want your journey to be just as rich as his has been.

Method
There are many different plans for reading the Bible.
- Some use a certain time period, typically 1 year.
- Some walk you through chronologically.
- Some contain readings for various parts each day.

Reading Plan
The Bible can be studied to understand what God is revealing about Himself, understand the culture and context, learn what is says about different cultures, etc. We recommend a method called Read It Right by Pastor Andy Addis. It is based on 2 Timothy 3:16-17, and we figure using a method based on scripture to study scripture makes a lot of sense. Learn more about this method and available resources in the link below.

Additional Resources
Other tools you may find extremely helpful are include:
- A journal so that you can record your journey.
- An app like to read different translations.
- A classic Webster Dictionary.
